Refund Policy

Delivered valid digital codes are final. Digital gift cards are final and non-refundable once a valid code has been successfully delivered to your account or email.

When we will make it right

• Mouse Of Cards fails to deliver your product
• the wrong product is delivered
• the code is proven invalid before redemption
• a supplier-side error prevents fulfillment

When refunds are not provided

• you purchased the wrong region for your account
• you changed your mind or no longer want the product
• the code was already redeemed
• product restrictions stated on the product page were ignored
• payment was sent incorrectly and recovery is not possible

How to raise an issue

Open a support ticket from your account within 48 hours of delivery and include your order ID.
