• Order data: products purchased, amounts, delivery records, payment references (we never store full card numbers)
• Wallet data: balance and a full ledger of top-ups and spends
• Support data: tickets and chat messages you send us

How we use it

• fulfilling and delivering your orders
• fraud prevention and risk controls
• transactional email (verification codes, deliveries, alerts)
• marketing email only if you opt in

Sharing

Order fulfillment requires sharing order details with our suppliers and payment confirmation with our payment providers. We do not sell personal data.
